1. Why do gutters need to be cleaned?

Gutters are one of the most frequently overlooked aspect of your home maintenance. Regularly cleaning gutters protects your home from water damage, leaks and pests, and helps improve the overall appearance and health of your property. 

2. How often should I clean my gutters?

The Northern Irish climate requires gutters to be cleaned more frequently, typically every 6 months to a year.

3. Can gutter cleaning prevent pest infestation?

Yes, regular gutter cleaning can significantly reduce the likelihood of pest infestation. Clogged gutters create a breeding ground for pests like rodents, insects and birds, who find the stagnant water and debris an ideal habitat.

4. How effective is PVC cleaning?

In our case, very effective. We use a combination of high pressure water and a PVC cleaning solution which will give a like-new finish.

5. Can you pressure wash tarmac?

For this service, it is best to consult an expert. There are two different types of tarmac, open-graded tarmac and close-graded tarmac. You can pressure wash close-graded tarmac. You cannot pressure wash open-graded tarmac as it will cause the tarmac to crumble away. However, there are other methods such as specialist chemical solutions.

6. Do I need to be home during the exterior cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning, we can complete the service and update you afterward.
